Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Ridgefield, New Jersey. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas while delivering professional service to customers and teammates.

This role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to follow safety procedures. A valid driver’s license may be required for certain sites; 3–6 months of training or experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required based on business needs. Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and driving eligibility requirements apply.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as scheduled.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas.
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Provide professional service to customers and coworkers.
