Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces via sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms and common areas.
• Empty trash; use a compactor for certain materials.
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet care.
• Replenish paper products and supplies; follow the housekeeping schedule.
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as required by the client.
