Job summary

Compass Group USA’s ESFM division is seeking part-time Janitors in Solon, OH. Work Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm–9:00 pm, helping keep Nestle facilities clean and safe. Prior janitorial and floor care experience is preferred, with a pay rate of $15.50 per hour. Online applications accepted; benefits available for associates.

Qualifications

• Janitorial and floor care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and places them back correctly.
• Cleans areas with assigned materials and equipment; sanitizes surfaces with the eight-step method.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards to maintain a clean environment.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning and takes initiative to complete tasks.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor and adheres to guidelines.
• Performs tasks per federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team and maintains professionalism with customers and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
