Job summary

ESFM is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor in Solon, OH. The role requires directing associates on shift, training staff, and creating schedules while upholding policy and safety standards. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of ESFM’s client service model.

Location is Nestle, Solon, Ohio, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays. The candidate should have janitorial experience, with training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience in Class A offices and manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Willing to train new or developing staff.
• Ability to assist with shift scheduling and personnel supervision.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure work is completed per policy.
• Provide training and create work schedules for the team.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety targets.
• Serve as point of contact for employee requests and time-off needs.
• Mentor staff and support advancement within the organization.

We have an opening for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Nestle - 30000 Bainbridge Road, Solon, OH 44139 Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 10:30 pm. Rotating Saturdays required. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Janitorial experience in Class A office buildings and manufacturing environments preferred. Willing to train.

Fixed Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
