Job summary

Compass Group USA’s ESFM division is seeking a full-time janitor in Fairfield, OH to keep buildings clean and orderly. The role includes heavy cleaning duties such as floor care, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish, with tasks following infection control plans.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of cleaning experience. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $18.10 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package as part of ESFM’s team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial/cleaning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Dusts and damp mops floors.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and places furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment; sanitizes all surfaces as per procedures.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
