Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana (GCSI) is hiring a full-time janitor in Indianapolis, IN. The role supports federal facility cleanliness under the AbilityOne program, with evening hours Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 pm–2:00 am, and an hourly rate of $17.75.

Location: 9702 E 59th St Ste A, Indianapolis, IN 46216. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas; trash removal; replenishing supplies; and coordinating with management.

Qualifications

• Background: none required; ability to work in a team and follow safety rules.
• Strong communication and basic literacy for work-related documents.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Keep offices and facilities clean and orderly.
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain restrooms, floors, windows, and surfaces.
• Follow cleaning protocols and report issues to management.
