Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and maintenance inside assigned buildings or multiple client sites. The role is part-time, evenings, with competitive pay and weekly payroll.

You will follow cleaning procedures, operate basic equipment, and help keep restrooms, lobbies, and common areas spotless. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent or 6 months janitorial experience; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or six months janitorial experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Follow chemical and equipment usage procedures to prevent damage.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash and manage disposal.
• Clean windows, glass, and mirrors.
• Spot clean carpets and assist with carpet care.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedule.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
