Job summary

ABEC is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator/Material Handler to manage inventory levels and ensure timely availability for production and customer service orders. The role requires precise data entry into ERP systems and regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy.

The ideal candidate will perform stock transactions, monitor min/max levels, assist QC/Receiving, and coordinate with Purchasing for returns or disposition. On-site shift in Meath, Ireland with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate minimum.
• Three years post graduate work in a related field or function.
• Typical work is in a manufacturing environment or customer's site.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory transactions for materials & components received into stock or issued to Production or Customer Service orders.
• Enter data into ERP to reflect material movement and usage for production or service orders.
• Maintain accurate counts in stockroom and ERP; conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Prepare and issue materials to Production per Shop Orders, Pick Lists or Bills-of-Material with verification of Part No. and quantity.
