Responsibilities

• Intake & Scheduling: Process new referrals quickly and accurately.
• Verify insurance, collect necessary documentation, and enter patient data into EMR.
• Coordinate and schedule patient visits with clinical staff based on patient needs, clinician availability, and route efficiency.
• Communicate with hospitals, clinics, and physician offices to obtain missing information or orders.
• Adjust schedules for PRN needs, cancellations, or urgent visit requests.
• General: Anticipate and respond to care team needs to prevent delays in service.
• Provide backup coverage for other administrative or field support roles when needed.

You'll coordinate care, manage schedules, and ensure patients and clinicians have the resources they need when they need them. Schedule

Thursday - Monday 3:30pm-12:00am

Responsibilities
