Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Inserting Operator for our Ft. Worth, TX location. This role handles automatic or semiautomatic inserting equipment in a continuous production setting, supporting various printing and mailing processes.

Responsibilities include operating inserters, maintaining quality, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring safety and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• Must have high degree of analytical and mathematical ability.
• Must read and understand written instructions.
• Must work with very close tolerances.
• Must communicate with other operators.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic or semi-automatic inserting machinery as assigned.
• Prepare materials and maintain workflow for form impression and numbering heads.
• Check paper type, size, color, and quantity.
• Inspect forms for quality, registration, and ink alignment.
• Coordinate with Production Team to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Operate machinery to produce customized jobs.
• Clean and maintain equipment and update maintenance logs.
• Report equipment problems to Supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear.
• Support Production Team to meet sales and customer objectives.
