Job summary

PNC is seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager to lead the second‑shift operations team across multiple locations including Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX.

Based in an in‑office environment, you will oversee a mixed stack (WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, MQ, Kafka, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, uDeploy, Ansible) and drive automation to improve reliability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the SRC First Response – Infrastructure Shared Technologies organization and incident leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the second-shift operations team, providing oversight during off-hours incidents, production issues, and change implementations.
• Support and maintain a diverse technology stack, including WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, MQ, Kafka, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, IBM UrbanCode Deploy (uDeploy), and Ansible.
• Analyze operational trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for increased automation, efficiency, and service reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual effort and enhancing platform stability through automation.
• Additional non-shift hours may be required to support escalated incidents requiring management presence.
