Sheridan is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility operations. This 2nd shift role runs 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with consistent weekday hours and a rotating on-call schedule, ideal for candidates with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting.

The position offers pay of $23.00/hour or higher, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential, with weekends on-call as needed.

Competenze

2-3 years of mechanical technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanical aptitude.
Understand Lock-Out-Tag-Out.
Electrical knowledge including 120v single phase, 480v three phase, and 24 VDC power systems.

Mansioni

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
Maintain, alter, rebuild and adjust equipment and facilities, including fabricating parts and assemblies.
Investigate recurring facility-oriented failures to identify solutions.
Complete preventative, scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
Perform safety measures in the design and installation of equipment.
Maintain inventory of supplies and materials for building and manufacturing operations.
