Job summary

Asurion is seeking an In-Home Sales & Tech Support representative for a part-time schedule (5 evenings per week, 4:05pm–9:00pm). You will learn our Serve, Solve, Sell approach and complete paid training before working independently in the field.

Responsibilities include meeting customers at their homes or nearby locations, resolving tech issues, and applying strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sales, with travel up to 120 miles one-way and a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role suitable for someone starting their career.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record (1 year driving experience).
• Personal vehicle required (excluding motorcycles).
• Ability to travel up to 120 miles one-way to meet customers.
• Comfortable in a sales environment with set targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in-home, in-office, or at other locations; provide exceptional customer service.
• Address and resolve tech issues using the Serve, Solve, Sell approach.
• Leverage product offerings to tailor solutions and close sales.
• Maintain ongoing coaching and apply learned skills to future interactions.
