Job summary

Friendship Village of Dublin in Dublin, OH is seeking an Evening In-Home Care Giver for part-time hours. You will provide compassionate care to residents, assist with daily activities, and follow Home Care Services standards while documenting care and coordinating with the Care Coordinator.

Shifts are 3pm–11pm with occasional weekend coverage; starting wage is $17/hr with an extra $2/hr for off-campus shifts, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver in home settings or similar environments.
• Reliable transportation to travel to Dublin and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work 1–3 hour shifts with option to pick up more shifts.
• Willingness to grow professionally through training and scholarships.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show love, care, and compassion to residents.
• Provide in-home care services, including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Follow established Home Care Services standards with a friendly attitude toward residents and coworkers.
• Document care services in resident records.
• Communicate needs to Care Coordinator and Supervising Nurse.
• Attend meetings and follow safety procedures.
