Brethren Care Village in Ashland, OH is seeking an In Home Caregiver for part-time or PRN daytime shifts (6am–2pm). Pay ranges from $14 to $15.80 per hour, with evening, night, and weekend differentials.

This role focuses on compassionate, individualized care in a Christian-based senior living community. Responsibilities include meal prep and service, light housekeeping, laundry, personal care support, and transportation as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma preferred but not required.
• Training in geriatrics or related experience preferred but not required.
• Onsite presence required.

Aufgaben

• Prepares specific food items following appropriate standards for food preparation.
• Serves client meals with correct temperatures and portions.
• Performs general cleaning tasks for the entire house including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and windows.
• Performs laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding and putting away.
• Empties waste containers, collects and disposes of recyclables and garbage.
• Changes bed linens and makes beds.
• Collects soiled laundry and performs minor clothing repairs as needed.
• Delivers mail and packages to client.
• Transports client when needed.
• Assists with all client needs for personal care services.
• Informs supervisor of client needs and concerns.
• Attends Brethren Care At Home team meetings as required.
• Attends in-services outside of Brethren Care Village for client support and needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
