Job summary

Fedelta Home Care is seeking a Shelton-based caregiver (Part Time) to support clients in their homes or facilities. The 4pm–11pm daily shift emphasizes compassionate care, personal assistance, and companionship in the Shelton, Washington area.

Responsibilities include following care plans, helping with daily living activities, maintaining records, and ensuring safety. A CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential with six months of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires Certified Nursing Assistant (C-NA), Home Care Aide (HCA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR).
• Minimum six months industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client’s individualized care plan as directed by the In-Home Care Supervisor or Manager.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal prep, and transportation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients; promote independence and dignity.
• Maintain accurate client records and document time worked and care activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly home environment; perform light housekeeping as directed.
• Transport clients to appointments and assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
