Job summary

Cascada Spa and Hotel in Portland is seeking a friendly, reliable Hotel Houseperson to support room attendants and maintain corridors and common areas. You will ensure supplies are readily available, keep floors and closets pristine, and promptly report maintenance needs while following health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a guest-facing hotel housekeeping role preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure that Room Attendants have the items needed to complete their assignments.
Ensure that the floors, stairs, and housekeeping closets are always pristine.
Dispose of Trash/Recycling items timely.
Promptly report maintenance issues and special guest requests.
Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning agents and equipment.
Work collaboratively with various rooms leaders to ensure rooms are ready and available for guest arrival.
