Job summary

Cascada Spa and Hotel in Portland, Oregon seeks an Overnight Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms and fitness areas. The role supports our high service standards and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities include cleaning, organizing, sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, and reporting issues promptly. Requires overnight availability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Must have overnight availability including weekends.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public hotel areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness spaces) per standards.
• Ensure restrooms and common areas are stocked and presentable.
• Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and cleaning protocol guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure supplies are available.
• Support sustainability practices by efficient resource use and recycling.
