The Cliff House Maine in Cape Neddick, ME is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and train housekeeping staff during the 2:00pm–10:30pm shift with some flexibility. You will supervise daily procedures, uphold standards and assist where needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the performance of all daily procedures to ensure standards.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures; ensure compliance.
• Prepare and distribute assignment sheets and review priorities.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and service areas for cleanliness and standards.
• Assist staff as needed to ensure optimum cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
