Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Houseperson PM at the Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, TX. The role focuses on maintaining hallways, delivering guest amenities, and supporting housekeeping operations to create exceptional guest experiences.

You will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, requiring strong communication with guests and staff, the ability to read daily tasks, and physical capacity to lift and move supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Abilities to work quickly in a busy hotel environment.
• Strong communication with guests and associates, in person or by radio/phone.
• Ability to read and understand daily work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hallways, report maintenance issues and complete cleaning tasks.
• Deliver guest amenities or special requests to guest rooms (e.g., beds, refrigerators, toothbrushes).
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly housekeeping projects as directed by supervisors.
• Clean stairwells, elevators and hallways free of debris and room service trays.
• Organize new supplies and restock floors in storeroom.
• Retrieve soiled linen and garbage from guest rooms and carts and dispose via linen chute or dumpsters.
