Job summary

Hilton Des Moines Downtown is seeking a part-time PM Server to join the Food and Beverage team. This role features an evenings schedule from 4PM to 10:30PM, at a downtown property connected to the Des Moines Skywalk and Iowa Events Center, offering a lively hospitality environment and opportunities to showcase guest service excellence.

• Strong guest service orientation and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to learn menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Comfort with taking orders, running food and beverages, and using a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with upbeat, friendly interactions and anticipate needs.
• Master the menu details and confidently answer questions.
• Take orders, enter them into the POS, and deliver meals promptly.
