• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout the meal and addressing needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure correct and timely order delivery.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, return change, or process credit cards.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and service areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Greet guests warmly and assist seating as needed.
• Present menu, answer questions, and suggest wines and preparations.
