Responsibilities

• Manage activities of Front Office, Drivers, Housekeeping/Laundry, Maintenance, and F&B departments to standards of excellence.
• Maintain a professional, high-quality service-oriented environment at all times.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of Front Office Manager; handle complaints and emergencies.
• Oversee the night shift in the department and coordinate Front Office activities with other departments.
• Inform Overnight staff of nightly activities, VIP arrivals, and special requests; greet guests and escort to accommodations.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and related administrative tasks.
