Job summary

HVMG is hiring a PM Cook to prepare high-quality meals following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. You’ll work with the culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service for guests in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Schedule: 2:00-11:00pm. You will report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager and have opportunities for advancement within hospitality. Hotel experience is a plus and flexibility is required.
