Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a part-time server responsible for delivering excellent guest service. You will receive and deliver guest orders, process payments, and maintain a clean dining area in a fast-paced setting. The role requires punctuality, proper uniform, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Flexibility for weekend shifts is needed. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. The environment values safety, courtesy, and teamwork in a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and drinks for guests.
• Ring food orders into computer immediately.
• Process and collect payments from guests.
• Maintain a clean and efficient restaurant.
• Pre-bus all tables removing soiled dishes after each course.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Know and comply with state food handling and liquor laws.
• Engage guests in a cordial, efficient and professional manner.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.
• Report any items in need of repair.
