Cincinnati Children's is seeking a Materials Management professional for Liberty Campus to handle order fulfillment, inventory management, and distribution of supplies across hospital departments. The role operates on a 3pm-11:30pm schedule with every-other-weekend and holiday rotations, requiring strong collaboration with clinical and operational teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, processing replenishments, and training others as a subject matter expert.

• Order Fulfillment & Distribution.
• Pick and prepare supply orders for hospital departments.
• Deliver supplies to designated locations throughout the facility.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Support urgent and special supply requests.
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas.
• Organize inventory to maximize storage efficiency and accessibility.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs.
• Maintain inventory transactions within departmental systems.
• Assist with product movement and material handling activities.
• Follow established safety and infection prevention guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to meet supply needs.
• Provide timely support to internal customers.
• Communicate inventory issues and supply concerns to leadership.
• Support department initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Assist with additional supply chain functions as assigned.
• As a subject matter expert, you will be expected to train others
