Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and identify unsafe conditions to prevent theft or injury.
• Investigate complaints, assist in restraining patients when necessary, and report incidents.
• Prepare and submit written incident reports and maintain logs.
• Provide dispatcher duties using security systems and coordinate responses.
• Support workplace and domestic victims and respond to medical emergencies when needed.
