Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete TCI training and receive TCI certification within 6 months of employment start date.
• Physical strength, stamina, agility, and control to perform tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, investigate, and problem solve routine complaints reported by patients, parents, visitors and employees.
• Direct traffic within Cincinnati Children's and control parking; escort visitors and staff and badge visitors as needed.
• Patrol buildings and grounds by vehicle, foot, and bike; report safety hazards and enforce access policies.
• Relate to customers with clear, courteous communications and assist as needed.
• Manage visitor policies and provide appropriate badges and access.
