Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee is seeking a full-time Laundry Attendant for the Evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), Monday through Friday with every other weekend. This Environmental Services role in the Muskogee Campus laundries for patients and staff requires basic readability, physical ability, and the capacity to operate laundry equipment.

Minimum education is a High School Diploma or GED preferred, with 0–6 months general work experience acceptable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–6 months general work experience acceptable.
• Must be able to read and write or understand oral instructions and safety signage.
• Able to meet physical requirements and operate laundry equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process soiled linen from chutes and storage.
• Load and unload linen on conveyors, ironers, folders, and carts.
• Monitor washers, dryers, presses, and chemical supply systems for continuous operation.
• Deliver clean linen to departments and return empty carts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and sanitize equipment.
