Responsibilities

• Picks up soiled linen from chutes and storage.
• Sorts linen by type and weighs soiled linen.
• Loads/unloads linen on/off delivery truck for other entities.
• Monitors dryers, press, and chemical supply system.
• Hand folds small linen items (washcloths, towels, etc.).
• Delivers full carts to departments and returns empty carts.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area per infection control.
