Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced RN Triage Supervisor for an After-Hours Hospice team in the Bronx, NY. The role runs Monday–Friday, 5 PM–1 AM, with alternating weekends, and carries a $130,000–$140,000 annual salary plus a $15,000 signing bonus.

Responsibilities include leading Hospice Triage RNs, elevating complex issues, and delivering telephonic care aligned with the Plan of Care, while ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation in KanTime.

Qualifications

• RN with active New York state license in good standing.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in nursing.
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or med/surg settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to Hospice Triage RN staff for clinical and non-clinical issues.
• Escalate complex issues to Team Manager, AOC, or Hospice on-call physician.
• Provide quality telephonic interventions to patients per the Plan of Care.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately in KanTime while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
