Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced Hospice RN Team Resource for an evening shift (4:00pm-9:00pm, Monday through Friday) in Massachusetts. You will assess patients and families, develop care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate end-of-life care.
Requirements include an active Massachusetts RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of direct nursing experience in public health or home care.
Evening position Monday through Friday, 4:00pm-9:00pm
The Hospice RN Team Resource plans and delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patients, significant others, and other interdisciplinary team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing and clinical competency.
$66,560.00 USD - $103,700.80 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
