Beth Israel Lahey Health in Massachusetts is seeking an Evening Hospice RN to support patient-centered care Monday through Friday, 1:00pm-9:00pm. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for hospice patients and families.
You’ll complete initial assessments, develop patient-specific care plans, educate patients and families on medications and the dying process, and coordinate care with an interdisplinary team.

This is an Evening Hospice RN position Monday through Friday, 1:00pm-9:00pm.
The Hospice RN Team Resource plans and delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patients, significant others, and other interdisciplinary team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing and clinical competency.
$83,200.00 USD - $129,626.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
