Job summary

Superior Hospice, part of Home Health Care, Inc., is hiring seasoned RNs to provide compassionate hospice visits throughout the Twin Cities Metro. You will conduct assessments, manage symptoms, administer medications, and deliver comfort-focused care in homes and community settings.

The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, with on-call stipends, mileage reimbursement, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license required.
• Hospice experience welcome; ICU/ER/oncology/med-surg/home health/palliative care experience encouraged.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Experience educating and supporting patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening hospice visits to patients in the Twin Cities Metro area.
• Perform assessments, symptom management, medication administration, and comfort-focused care.
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers.
• Deliver care in homes, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary hospice team.
• Complete timely EMR documentation.
