Job summary

Badger Hospice, LLC is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide comfort-focused, hands-on care to patients in their homes and residential facilities. You will support families and maintain patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life as part of an interdisciplinary hospice team.

Responsibilities include personal care, monitoring patient conditions, providing emotional support, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing in Wisconsin.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient-centered caregiver.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently with the care team.
• Willingness to travel within the service area.
• Hospice experience is a plus, but a caring heart and commitment to patient care are essential.
