Job summary

BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking a part-time Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to support one dedicated client with evening and morning routines.

You will assist with getting into bed during the evening shift and helping the client wake in the morning, with shifts from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM daily and Saturday morning 8:00–10:00 AM. The role offers weekly pay, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, award-winning organization committed

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring by nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in hands-on settings (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, hospital).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients’ lives.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
• Coordinate with RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

We are seeking a part‑time Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to support one dedicated client with evening and morning routines. The role includes assisting the client with getting into bed during evening shifts and helping them get up in the morning. The schedule includes evening shifts from 9:30 PM–11:00 PM, seven days a week, and Saturday morning shifts from 8:00 AM–10:00 AM.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
