Job summary

BrightStar Care in Richfield is seeking full-time in-home caregivers to join our team. You will provide companionship and assist with daily living activities, including meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in hands-on settings (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting).
• Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Negative TB test or cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communicate with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

We are seeking Full-Time In-Home Caregivers to join our team in the Richfield area. This position offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Caregivers provide companionship and assistance with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, and medication reminders.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.
