Job summary

Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Coal Township and surrounding communities.

You’ll have the opportunity to build a relationship with the person you’re supporting and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. No professional caregiving experience is required, and reliable, patient individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass required background checks.
• Dependable, caring and patient.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Help with mobility and everyday activities.
• Prepare meals.
• Complete light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed.
• Follow the individual's care plan.
• Document the services you provide.
