Job summary

Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Coal Township and surrounding communities.

You'll have the opportunity to build a relationship with the person you're supporting and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. No professional caregiving experience? That's okay—if you're reliable, patient and enjoy helping others, we'd love to talk with you.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Be able to pass required background checks.
• Dependable, caring and patient in helping others.
• Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Help with mobility and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with errands as needed.
• Complete light housekeeping and companionship.
• Follow the individual’s care plan and document services provided.
