Job summary

Millard North High School in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Custodial Department Head for a full-time 12-month role with a 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday shift. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to provide clear verbal and written direction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team of about 14 custodians; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial staff at Millard North High School; schedule weekends and events.
• Ensure cleaning standards, safety protocols, and supply management.
• Monitor budgets, inventories, and reporting to the Custodial Manager.
• Perform routine cleaning duties and supervise maintenance tasks.
