Community Health Systems in Roswell, NM seeks a full-time Security Officer to safeguard patients, staff and visitors at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. You will patrol the facility, monitor cameras, respond to incidents, and maintain security logs, while delivering excellent service.

The role requires 1–2 years in security and preferred healthcare security experience; evenings shift, pay competitive with benefits including PTO, 401(k) and insurance options.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of security, law enforcement, or related field experience.
• Healthcare or hospital security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrols facility, clinics, and grounds to deter/safeguard against security risks.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms and incidents.
• Assist visitors, provide directions and escorts as needed.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate security logs/reports.
• Collaborate with staff and law enforcement during security events.
• Ensure doors/windows access points are secured after hours.
