Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare security or related field preferred.
• State Driver’s license upon hire may be required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
• Perform security services, including electronic surveillance, and security officer rounds.
• Coordinate facility response to potential problems for patients, employees, and visitors.
• Enforce policy & procedure, ensuring equitable enforcement.
• Follow guidelines and monitoring techniques for safe workplace and care environment.
• Work with the Environment of Care committee and participate in staff education.
• Driving as needed for company business.
