Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Guest Service Agent to brighten guests' stays with a warm welcome and seamless check-in/check-out. You’ll greet guests, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys, and provide welcome materials, delivering the light and warmth of hospitality every day.

You’ll also handle check-out, process charges, offer local knowledge, promote hotel services, and respond to guest requests with care and urgency.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome: greet guests, check-in, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys, provide welcome materials.
• Support efficient check-out: verify charges, process payments, issue receipts, use POS system accurately.
• Provide hotel knowledge: advise on offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local information.
