Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Outer Banks is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, answer phones, and assist with reservations and area information. This full-time role includes a 3PM–11PM shift and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour plus eligibility for overtime and benefits.

You will collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance, process payments, manage guest requests, and maintain a welcoming lobby environment, delivering friendly, efficient service 24/7.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or guest services is preferred.
• Ability to handle payments accurately and securely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English with professional customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Answer phones, take messages, and provide area information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on room status and requests.
• Process guest payments and balance cash drawer according to policies.
• Maintain lobby and public areas in clean and welcoming condition.
