Job summary

Mindful Health, a fast-growing mental health provider with brick-and-mortar locations and virtual services across Texas, seeks an Evening Group Therapist to deliver group psychotherapy and psychoeducational services to Mindful Health clients, in person or via virtual platform.

You will support care delivery, discharge planning, and psychosocial assessments within 72 hours of admission to PHP/IOP, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure ethical, client-centered care in a

Qualifications

• Must have a master’s degree in social work, psychology, human development, counseling or behavioral science field from an accredited college or university.
• CPT, EMDR, & WET training or certification preferred.
• Must be actively licensed in the State of Texas to provide clinical care, treatment, and services.
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in clinical assessment & diagnosis.
• Active supervision plan with an LCSW-S or LPC-S if applicable.
• Active CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide group psychotherapy and psycho-educational services according to PHP/IOP program schedule.
• Co-facilitate family therapy sessions in PHP/IOP program per guidelines.
• Develop and review discharge plan with client and family per policy.
• Complete psychosocial assessment within 72 hours of admission to PHP or IOP.
• Assist in developing interdisciplinary treatment plan for PHP/IOP clients.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
