Job summary

Mindful Health in Texas is seeking a licensed mental health clinician (LMSW/LPC-Associate/LCSW/LPC-S) to deliver group psychotherapy and psycho-educational services, in person or virtually, within PHP/IOP programs.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, ethical standards, and client-centered care, with responsibilities including discharge planning, psychosocial assessments, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college/university.
• CPT, EMDR, & WET training or certification preferred.
• Active Texas licensure to provide clinical care.
• At least 1 year of clinical assessment & diagnosis experience.
• Active supervision plan with LCSW-S or LPC-S if applicable.
• Active CPR Certification.
• Experience serving military populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide group psychotherapy and psycho-educational services per PHP/IOP schedule.
• Co-facilitate family therapy within PHP/IOP programs.
• Develop and review discharge plans with clients and families.
• Complete psychosocial assessments within 72 hours of admission.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary treatment plans and meetings.
• Document clinical encounters clearly and concisely.
