Qualifications

• Listed on the state registry as a Nursing Assistant within 120 days of employment.
• Ability to lift and transfer 30 pounds frequently during shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Must communicate in English; read and write in English for care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living care to residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist with personal hygiene and feeding as needed.
• Record resident information accurately and report changes to supervisor.
• Participate in resident care planning and care plan execution.
• Follow Lift Free Program for lifts and transfers.
