Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• We welcome newly trained nurses to apply; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal/nursing care per resident care plan.
• Assist in activities and monitor resident requests with respect.
• Maintain clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents.
• Document daily living activities and care provided.
