The role includes providing routine nursing and personal care to residents, collaborating with the care team, and supporting activities and resident safety. Qualified candidates are high school graduates with Nurse Aide Training or eligibility to complete training and pass the state test within 120 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter such a program and graduate and pass a state test within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing and personal care for residents per care plan.
• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist in activities.
• Document activities of daily living and restorative programs.
