Job summary

A High School Diploma or GED is required, with overtime and weekend work as needed. The position offers an starting wage of $16 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential, with paid vacation, holidays, benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work daily overtime and weekends as needed.
• Experience in packaging or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Assist all jobs on the plant floor and participate in plant and facilities tasks.
• Follow safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and equipment per 5S standards.
• Stack parts up to 30 lbs for up to 12 hours as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
